Sex Life

I read in a book it sex is a right of everyone. It is a need. Needs have to be completed this way or the other. Some needs if don't discussed by the newcomers. I means when one come to know it, adopt wrong ways, or may adopt wrong ways to adopt. My advise to all, consult your elders before satisfying any of your desire/need as may not know the consequences.
Yesterday, I saw a programme on tv that was on above topic. In which host and guests talk about when teenagers get into wrong things relating to sexuality. They interviewed with teeanagers, from whom one was girl about 18, and a boy of 19. They both declined that they didn't know about anything when their "friends" Become gay and lesbians.

Very Nervous and tired feelings

I have been feeling very tired and nervous and cautious feelings. I don't know exacly, why. But I think due to self medication and some wrong medication by the Doctor. I open the book but couldn't read and couldn't did my home work. So frustration rise and confusion increases.
